The mind - logic, action, perceived reality.

The heart- emotion, connection and spirit.

Both are beautiful polarities of each other and together they create harmony. Unifying our heart and mind brings us into such a state of alignment that the tongue can create both life and death, positive and negative charge, light and dark.

Like any gift this principal is a double edged sword, which is why the heart plays a vital role.

In essence: The heart will ensure you become a Jedi, not a Sith… simple.

Our heart, enduring, tender and kind… full of so much love it can feel ever so vulnerable in a world driven by chaos & control, so much is unknown, so much pain & hurt, the potential of betrayal and deceit, with so many variation of reality co-creating together there is bound to be tears shed, and yes, I know I am not really helping anyone feel safe in their heart right now but I do have a point.

Did you know our heart is so powerful its own electrical field is 60x  that of the mind and  is 100x greater in strength, it is so powerful that in the face darkness its light can change the course of history.

Really let that sink in and take a moment to feel & acknowledge just how powerful your heart is.

When we shut down our heart we rob ourselves of its powerful healing, we relinquish the most powerful tool we have to fight evil.

Love cures all… it really does,

Studies have shown that the timing between pulses of the heart’s magnetic field is modulated by different emotional states, several studies have been preformed that show the magnetic signals generated by the heart have the capacity to affect both individuals and the environment around us.

When we allow our minds to run the show, unchecked by the heart, our emotions fluctuate here there and any where, our emotions are ungrounded and susceptible to the next upsetting or irritating wind, so in turn our heart’s magnetic field becomes erratic and anxiety easily settles in.

But, with the heart and mind united, our emotional state has stability, our heart beat steady, our vibration consistent. Our ability to coherently create and have impact upon our reality strengthens thanks to the stability of our vibration.

Think of your heart is a guiding North Star, it is here discernment resides.

The seeds of your mind are your thoughts, ideas, behaviours, beliefs and conditioning. These are all seeds and whether you like it or not those seeds are finding their way into your heart and they will directly affect your experience of life on earth, relationships with fellow humans, all earthling creatures, as well as the planets and cosmos.

All things find their way into the light, into love, so I ask you to tend the joy within, be a shining example of kindness, build patterns and ways that allow yourself to feel safe in your heart and receive love, so that by the power of your hearts electrical felid others may feel its truth and be given permission to also feel safe, to be and receive love.

From the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

Because what ever thoughts trickle down from your mind will flourish in your heart, sprouting forth from your mouth.

Every word you speak an expression of your inner most self.

You can know anyone by the words they speak, all day every day they tell you who they are. When we listen to their words we can feel and hear what is growing in their heart, is it joy, inspiration, creativity, innovation and connection or is it desperation, lack, spite, worry, hurt or despair.

It’s very simple really, when we take care of the mind our heart can flourish with beautiful, peaceful, abundant things, our words naturally reflect these spirits and ripple out, having a direct impact upon our environment, fellow humans and our experience of reality.

From the abundance of your heart reality is created, your words will ripple across space and time, received by a reflective experience where creation responds to you inner most thoughts and desires. Thoughts that flourish in your heart, no matter the vibration they emit, the universe - original source - God, will respond to your inner most world as well as your external expression.

Protect your heart with due diligence for all of life flows from it, protect not hide.

Nourish only the best of thoughts, find joy in pulling weeds and know that you are making room to receive all you can dream possible and so much more.

Recently I read a quote that said “if you don’t make up your mind, then someone will make it up for you”

And I found it struck a chord of truth,

and I would actually extend upon that and say “if you don’t speak your own truth, then someone else will speak a truth for you”

Sovereignty is an act of rebellion & reclamation, it is complete unapologetic self responsibility, taking ownership of every aspect of life both internal and external… picking up when creator calls you and not playing coy to your capabilities. Know your worth, know your mission and show up for it, even if that means you drink more water each day or start writing out your thoughts. you do not have to make drastic life changes to show up, it is the small, seemingly meaningless steps we take that encourage an internal shift towards embodying our sovereignty.

With the very carefully crafted messaging via media, entertainment and advertising designed to be targeted at an appropriate audience with particular interests or beliefs, without discernment you are pray to someone else’s truth or version of truth being adopted as your own. When you have your heart and mind working together you are unshakable, you can sense the BS from a mile away and laugh it off.

You know in both your heart and mind real truth and together, unified, a garden growing strong, you can speak your truth.

From the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

I have handed you two powerful principals that you are most welcome to take, test and prove true or false for yourself.

Just imagine if one of these is true? Just one, like this one: “from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks” if this is true and you yourself prove it to be true then you don’t have to ever worry about another deceitful, selfish, lets go as far as saying narcissistic being ever again, because from the abundance of their heart their mouth will speak and you will hear what is growing in their heart, you will feel the vibration of intention and you will opt out, no thanks, bye bye, see y’all later, I’m going in the other direction because I know the abundance of my heart and it is not that!
